Digital Innovation Forum 2014 line-up revealed

The Digital Innovation Forum will take place at London's Soho House on 16 September

Experts from Twitter and TripAdvisor will join hospitality operators and marketing professionals for a day of debate and discussion at the third annual Digital Innovation Forum, taking place at London’s Soho Hotel on 16 September.

The forum, organised by BigHospitality's sister title Restaurant Magazine, will focus on the future of technology, online platforms and social media within independent and multisite restaurants.

Twitter's Eimear Lamb is set to offer tips on making the most of the social media phenomenon, while TripAdvisor's Pollyanna Vincent will give insight into marketing brands via digital channels.

Other expert speakers include Tom Weaver, chief executive of Flypay, who will explain how digital is transforming the customer experience, and Steve Rogers of Marketing by Web, who will give insight into the new Google Business View.

There will also be a operator panel debate featuring Libby Andrews of Pho, Lizzy barber of Cabana and Thom Elliott of Pizza Pilgrims, who will discuss how to capture the consumers’ imagination in the digital world.

The full-day event will finish with a networking drinks reception, giving delegates the chance to meet fellow operators and event partners.

Tickets for the Digital Innovation Forum are £295 + VAT, to book visit the website or call Joanne Horton on 01293 610403.
