Top chefs team up for Hospitality Action dinner

Four of London’s top chefs are teaming up for a dinner at London’s Michelin-starred Angler restaurant in aid of industry charity Hospitality Action.

Gary Foulkes (Angler), Phil Howard (Elystan Street), Lee Westcott (Typing Room) and Ben Marks (Perilla) will cook a dish each at the event on 7 August.

The one-off menu will focus on British seafood, and diners will have the chance to meet the four chefs.

All funds raised will be used to support isolated and retired hospitality workers, run educational seminars on the dangers of drug and alcohol misuse, and provide grants for catering equipment.

“I’m really looking forward to cooking with some of contemporary London’s most highly regarded and well-respected chefs,” says Foulkes.

“All of us have slightly different cooking styles, but all of us cook food that delivers huge flavour and immense pleasure – what good food should be about.”

Tickets are on sale in tables of two to eight at £80 per person, and the dinner will be followed by an auction in aid of Hospitality Action.
