Young National Chef of the Year 2017 finalists

These are the 10 finalists for the Young National Chef of the Year 2017 competition, which will be held at the Restaurant Show on Tuesday 4 October. 

The finalists, who must all be aged between 18 and 23, will be given two hours to prepare a three course menu for two guests at the show at Olympia in London next week for the chance to win the prestigious title.
