Steak of the Art, Southampton, has announced that Will Chadwick will be the restaurant’s manager.
The 170-cover venue is the chain’s third site, joining its sisters in Cardiff and Bristol.
Chadwick spoke of how the restaurant fits into its surroundings, with the marina its based in undergoing a number of changes.
“Improvement work at the marina and opening of the new five-star hotel will make the area a great destination to visit. To have quality places to eat where the level of service and quality food is of the highest order is therefore vital to ensure people want to visit and also come back again and again,” he said.
