Ashley Palmer-Watts and Jonny Lake, head chefs at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and The Fat Duck respectively, walk the carpet together. The Fat Duck, named the World’s Best Restaurant in 2005, this year dropped off the list thanks to six months’ closure for renovations in 2015. The two Michelin-starred site, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, this year came in at number 45.
