18. elizabeth cottam new ellington
Masterchef semi-finalist, Elizabeth Cottam, is to take up a three-month residency at the boutique New Ellington Hotel in Wellington Place in Leeds from 1 October.
She will serve the hotel's 55-cover restaurant from Monday to Thursday, with tasting menus starting at £25 per person, and a four course tasting menu Friday and Saturday evenings from £45 per person.
The menu, which will focus on classic British recipes using traditional autumnal flavours, will change monthly.
